Lemon Coriander Pasta
16 oz. Rigatoni Pasta
1 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Full bunch of Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup of Knorr Chicken Bouillon
1/2 tsp of fresh ground Pepper
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
| Boil the pasta for 8 minutes
| Meanwhile, dice up the coriander and juice your lemons
| Combine spices with oil and lemon juice
| Add coriander and drained pasta
Potato and Green Chili Soup
6 Russett potatoes
1 can Diced Green Chilies
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 bunch of Cilantro
1/2 cup Knorr Chicken Bouillon
| Fill pot with water and add potatoes
| Add everything else and stew for 30 mins
| Plate with fresh grated cheese on top and enjoy
